I already have a Virgin Gaming account. Do I need to make a new account for Xbox Tournaments?
Nope!
To get started with Xbox Tournaments, all you need to do is activate your existing account at xbox.virgingaming.com/web/activate
Why can’t I just log in to xbox.virgingaming.com using my existing account?
In order for Xbox Tournaments to synchronize with your Virgin Gaming account, you must first activate it. You will only need to activate your account once, so get started at xbox.virgingaming.com/web/activate
Why won’t the Xbox Tournaments App recognize my log in details?
It is likely that you have not yet activated your account. To activate your Virgin Gaming account, follow the instructions at xbox.virgingaming.com/web/activate . If you continue to experience issues logging in, please contact support
