Qualifying stages for the Red Hot Summer FIFA 10 leaderboard challenge are now complete. Congratulations to all our token collecting finalists.
This summer, Virgin Gaming challenged FIFA 10 players of all skill levels to throw away the sunscreen, cancel their vacations and rack up tokens in a leaderboard competition. Players earned tokens from each win in daily and weekly qualifiers from July 6th to August 8th.
The top 256 players from each console received a $10 free cash bonus into their Virgin Gaming account. The top 128 players also earned their way into a free entry tournament with a guaranteed jackpot of $2,500 per console.

The top 128 players from the leaderboard phase have earned their way into a free entry tournament, with a guaranteed jackpot of $2,500. When does the tournament start and end?
XBOX TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE
The FIFA 10 Xbox 360 tournament will begin August 11th 3pm EST. A winner will be crowned on August 13th, sometime around 6:15pm EST

Does my position on the leaderboard determine my position in the tournament?
No. Tournament seeding is random and will not reflect your leaderboard position
Are there any tournament-specific rules?
The following rules apply to FIFA 10 tournaments:- No Adidas live season
- No custom formations
Anyone found to be breaking tournament rules will receive an automatic loss for their match and may be subject to forfeiture of funds won in the tournament.
And don't forget to be on time! Any player found to not be online and playing their game after 30 minutes from the start time of their match will be given a no-show for that tournament round. Players who receive a no-show will not be allowed to participate in the rest of the tournament
